Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and executing our brand and marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand equity, and ensure our brand resonates with everyone we reach.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial team leaders to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, driving brand growth, commercial success, and brand equity
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with both local and wider audiences, elevating the Imago Venues brand
  • Ensure our brand remains strong, consistent, and engaging across all platforms, reflecting our ongoing transformation and exciting developments
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with company goals, including our venue refurbishments and B-Corp ambitions
  • Support the business development team with effective product positioning, customer targeting, and marketing communications
  • Oversee marketing budgets, track performance, and provide actionable insights to ensure business growth
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Manager, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, with a proven ability to drive brand growth and lead successful marketing campaigns
  • A professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM, or equivalent)
  • Creative expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire internal teams and engage with external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, CMS systems, Google Suite, Office 365, Adobe Suite, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building relationships and inspiring teams

At Imago Venues, we’re undergoing an exciting transformation. With a recent successful rebrand and a £4.6m refurbishment of our flagship venue, Burleigh Court, we’re ready for the next phase of growth, which will see the full refurbishment of The Link Hotel.

We’re thrilled to be launching Fifty the Street, our new plant-forward restaurant in Burleigh Court, to the local market.  Additionally, we’re working towards B-Corp accreditation, further solidifying our commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
